We honor Robert Dillion of Waste Management in Cicero, Illinois as a hero for Waste and Recycling Workers Week. As shop foreman, Bob has a strong work ethic and leads by example every day. He has many duties including managing inventory, ordering parts, and loading inventory for 17 sites in Illinois. He is always proactively monitoring the site’s projections and in most cases, he has the inventory on the trailer and at the site before they even know they need to deliver it.
