Bay Disposal & Recycling is a locally owned and locally operated solid waste collection, disposal and recycling company serving the entire Hampton Roads area. Bay Disposal & Recycling was Incorporated in the spring of 2000 to provide area governments, businesses, apartment and condominium communities and construction companies with a full-service trash collection company that has the flexibility to meet the specific needs of every individual customer.

In Virginia, this area includes Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Isle of Wight County, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, James City County, and York County.

In North Carolina, this area includes Currituck County, Dare County (Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Manteo, Pasquotank County and Elizabeth City. Residential and roll off services only.
