The dedicated men and women of Waste Pro work hard all year to keep our community clean, safe and beautiful. They protect our environment, help prevent disease and make all of our lives easier.
The week of June 17th is the time for us to come together and collectively show our appreciation for the men and women of the waste management industry. Join us in saying “Thank You” on Waste and Recycling Workers Week.
Visit Germantown-TN.gov/GarbageManDay and take a moment to express your appreciation for Waste Pro employees. Your comments will be shared with Waste Pro staff and management during a special celebration on Tuesday, June 18.
In addition, children are also welcomed to get involved by decorating placemats that will be featured at the celebration on Tuesday, June 18. To decorate a placemat of you own, stop by the Children’s Desk at the Germantown Community Library. Placemats will be available for decoration through Friday, June 14.
