One of the waste and recycling industry’s cornerstone annual events is the Driver of the Year awards presented by the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). Doug Reich didn’t win his NWRA Driver of the Year award for his work on this vehicle. He did win for driving a garbage truck for Veit Disposal Systems in the Small Company category.
