I could Not be happier about the Opportunity to work for such a Great Company like Waste Connections Inc.. I have been Blessed to have learned the waste industry from 2 Outstanding National Solid Waste Association – Hall of Fame Members. They taught me me Leadership and so many other things. It’s about our people, The solid waste industry is Blessed with some great people willing to humble themselves to pick up others trash. Our Team at Sebring Florida are a Great Example of that, with several youth coaches and community leaders on the job..
In 2004, I created the national “Slow Down To Get Around” campaign which earned me the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA) Member of the Year Award. In 2012, I was awarded, Safety in Motion Award which honors an industry leader for facilitating and developing new programs throughout the industry plus sharing and collaboration.
