Rubal brings years of experience from many private haulers. He has worked at the City of Temple terrace for 10 years operating a front end loader truck, roll off trucks and lightning loader and has 19 dedicated and safe years with the City of Tampa. He can often be found as the DJ for Solid Waste events, and he brings a passion to the job.
