One of the waste and recycling industry’s cornerstone annual events is the Driver of the Year awards presented by the National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA). Todd Colarusso, Republic Services Inc., garnered the NWRA award for Large Commercial Driver of the Year. He’s shown here at an educational event with children
