Willie Mitchell worked for several private haulers operating a front end loader truck, roll off truck and a rear loader truck and has 13 years with the COT. They are capable of contributing to other business units when they are facing staff shortage. Willie achieved our "Golden Glove" award for being an outstanding driver/employee in the Solid Waste Department.
