Mr. Willie Mitchell embodies his role as a Roll-Off driver, being a highly-skilled operator responsible for servicing key stakeholders in the central business district in Tampa. He has great time management skills, constantly meeting deadlines and creating flexibility in his work assignments for add-on work and/or emergency calls. Willie demonstrates his level of commitment to the organization by making safety a number priority. He has remain incident-free for three consecutive years. He functions as a hybrid driver, with the ability to operate a front end loader, rear loader and roll off truck in order to respond to the needs of the organization. Willie Mitchell is outstanding team member who has receives personal and recognition from customers’ and department acknowledgement for his outstanding work performance and customer service.
