The original owner of PBS, Charles Phillips began in the backhoe and septic tank installation business in 1960 with his Brother Dee Phillips to service all of Lauderdale County and into Colbert County of Alabama. Dedication, hard work and honesty is what lead him to an additional service adventure into cleaning septic tanks.
