WOW! We can’t say thank you enough for your support! From Texas to Tennessee, DC to Denver – all over the country there were men and women honoring and thanking our sanitation workers during the week of June 17th with notes, baked goods, and more! All of this is to show just how much garbage workers are appreciated for what they do to keep our country clean and free of waste.

Baked cookies with the Waste and Recycling Workers Week logo on the icing and gave a goodie bag with a personal note to their local waste collection company workers.

She and her son made homemade goodies and gave cold drinks to their local garbage route driver.
Art Chase – Nebraska
Sent a photo of a “Thank You” bulletin board to his local TV news anchor. She then posted it on the TV station’s Facebook page with a nice message and got a huge response.

Dropped off Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a note card to his local sanitation workers during their break time.
