Our company was started as a scrap yard in Mesa, AZ by Robert Balzano in the late 1960’s. The special attention Robert provided to customer needs, with an emphasis on service, resulted in unprecedented growth and his company, then called Midwest Metal Services, grew from a small junk yard with two employees to a full-service scrap yard with 27 employees.
