A California private equity firm announced Monday it has completed the sale of a Westborough provider of temporary restrooms and fencing to another private equity firm.
In a press release monday, Calera Capital, a middle-marked private equity firm based in San Francisco, said it has completed the sale of Westborough-based United Site Services to Platinum Equity of Beverly Hills, Calif.
According to Calera Capital, it acquired a majority interest in United Site Services in August 2014.
United Site Services, founded in 1999, has more than 80 locations throughout the country and boasts a large fleet of portable sanitation equipment.
Terms of the transaction, including financials, were not disclosed.
