WCA Waste Corp Expands into Larger Headquarters

WCA Waste Corp. has signed a lease for 19,945 square feet to expand its headquarters in the Four Oaks Place, 1330 Post Oak Blvd. Dan Boyles and Mike Mannella of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Eric Anderson and Tyler Garrett of Transwestern represented the landlord, Four Oaks Place Operating LP.

Bigge Crane & Rigging Co. has purchased nearly 100,000 square feet of industrial office and manufacturing buildings on 15 acres in two transactions on Riley Road in Pearland. Clay Pritchett of NAI Partners represented the buyer. Chris Caudill of NAI Partners represented the seller of 322 Riley, JDI Ventures, and John Bennett of Champions Real Estate Group represented the seller of 324 Riley, Martin L. Harrison.

Higar Property Management has purchased a 10,496-square-foot office building at 17024 Butte Creek. Zack Wheeler and Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Robin Moore of Proximity Commercial Advisors represented the seller, Jackson Bill and Associates.

2H Offshore has renewed a lease for 31,792 square feet at 15990 N. Barkers Landing Road. Jon Silberman of NAI Partners represented the tenant, 2H Offshore. Michelle Wogan and Monte Calvert of Transwestern represented the landlord, Banyan Street/GAP Timberway One Owner.

RailCar Realty-Tx has purchased 157 acres of land west of Foreman Road (FM 105) and north of FM 1006 in Orange. John F. Littman, B. Kelley Parker III and Coe Parker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, R.F. Deshotel. The buyer plans to build a rail car storage/servicing facility.

Romano & Sumner Law Firm has leased 3,783 square feet at 4610 Sweetwater Blvd. in Sugar Land from ICO Commercial. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial handled the lease.

Texas Can Academies has purchased the 45,000-square-foot Spike Sport Club volleyball facility on 4.9 acres at 10914 S. Gessner, as the site its fourth Houston-area charter school. Spike Sport Club will continue to use the facility until its new building at 15000 Hillcroft, Missouri City, is completed. Rene Hightire of GEJ Properties represented the buyer. Barrett Von Blon of Davis Commercial Real Estate represented Spike Sport. Texas Can Academies operates 13 schools in Texas.

SSBH has purchased a 3,920-square-foot space in the Baytown Medical Emergency Complex, 6051 Garth Road, Baytown, for a cardiologist office. Donna Winfrey with Coldwell Banker Commercial group represented the buyers. Wade Sinclair of Claire Sinclair Properties represented the seller.
